K-Packet to Russia

Hi. Your List of Shipping Available Countries page says that Russian Federation is eligible for K-Packet shipping, but when I try to check out, I get only DHL shipping. Is there any K-Packet shipping option to Russia or Belarus? Thanks.

Hello,
yes Russian Federation is K-packet available country but we temporary closed K-packet option on our website as K-packet has a lot of trouble with missing parcels.
We do also offer EMS option as Russian government does not allow private delivery in B2C form.
If you'd like to use either K-packet or EMS just make an order and leave us your PayPal account so we can make refund on shipping fee.
